Viện dưỡng lão, Michigan, một bộ phận của Graham Healthcare Group, sẽ tham gia cùng Reed-Raymond VFW Post 2272 tại Durand MI vào thứ sáu, ngày 28 tháng 3 lúc 11:00 sáng để vinh danh cựu chiến binh Chiến tranh Việt Nam tại địa phương. Cựu chiến binh sẽ nhận được một huy hiệu ve áo danh dự, một Giấy chứng nhận danh dự và 21 phát súng chào.

“Michigan là nơi sinh sống của hơn 170.000 cựu chiến binh Việt Nam”, Brian L. Love, giám đốc Cơ quan Cựu chiến binh Michigan cho biết, “họ không trở về nhà để diễu hành với băng giấy hay vẫy cờ. Việc ghim huy hiệu này nhằm tôn vinh những người đàn ông và phụ nữ dũng cảm này, đồng thời cũng là cơ hội để chúng ta chính thức cảm ơn họ vì sự phục vụ và hy sinh của họ, đồng thời chào đón họ trở về nhà”.

Eric Crawford, Chuyên gia quản lý nghĩa trang hàng đầu, Nghĩa trang quốc gia Great Lakes và đại diện của Saginaw VA cũng sẽ tham dự.

Residential Hospice to Honor Vietnam Veterans
