G&P LNG mua 49% cổ phần kho cảng LNG Cái Mép được xây dựng hoàn chỉnh tại miền Nam Việt Nam do Công ty TNHH Hải Linh phát triển
Công bố quan hệ đối tác chiến lược giữa AG&P LNG và Công ty TNHH Hải Linh để thành lập Liên doanh kinh doanh LNG và phân phối khí hạ nguồn tại Việt Nam.
Cái Mép là Cảng nhập LNG trị giá 500 triệu USD, có công suất 3 MTPA có thể mở rộng lên 6 MTPA. Cái Mép là một trong hai cảng LNG duy nhất hiện có ở Việt Nam.
Cái Mép sẽ cung cấp khả năng tiếp cận LNG cho các nhà máy điện khí và các ngành công nghiệp ở miền Nam Việt Nam.
Hiện đang trong quá trình chạy thử, Cái Mép dự kiến sẽ khởi công vào quý 3 năm 2024.

AG&P LNG là một công ty con của Nebula Energy.AG&P LNG hôm nay thông báo rằng họ đã mua 49% cổ phần của Kho cảng LNG Cái Mép nằm ở quận Vũng Tàu ở phía Nam Việt Nam.Cảng LNG Cái Mép được xây dựng hoàn chỉnh và được phát triển bởi Công ty TNHH Hải Linh, một cảng nhập khẩu và kinh doanh sản phẩm dầu mỏ nổi tiếng tại Việt Nam.
Kho cảng LNG Cái Mép có đường ống kết nối với tổ hợp phát điện lớn nhất Việt Nam ở khu công nghiệp Phú Mỹ với công suất khí đốt 3,9 GW. Nhà ga này có vị trí chiến lược gần Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long và có ba bể chứa trên bờ với tổng sức chứa 220.000 m3 chứa LNG và khả năng phân chia LNG cho phép nạp LNG vào các tàu nhỏ hơn. Kho cảng LNG Cái Mép được kết nối thuận tiện thông qua nhiều đường cao tốc đến một số trung tâm nhu cầu gần đó để cung cấp khả năng tiếp cận LNG đáng tin cậy với tổng số 14 khu vực để tải CNG và LNG cho xe tải,.

Announces strategic partnership between AG&P LNG and Hai Linh Company Limited to establish a Joint Venture for LNG trading and downstream gas distribution in Vietnam.
Cai Mep, a US$ 500M LNG Import Terminal, with a capacity of 3 MTPA, expandable to 6 MTPA, is one of the only two existing LNG terminals in Vietnam.
Cai Mep will provide LNG access to the gas-fired power plants and industries in South Vietnam.

SINGAPORE, March 7, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Leading LNG terminals and downstream infrastructure company, AG&P LNG, a subsidiary of Nebula Energy, announced today that it has acquired a 49% stake in Cai Mep LNG Terminal located in Vũng Tàu district in South Vietnam. Fully constructed, the Cai Mep LNG Terminal was developed by Hai Linh Company Limited, a prominent petroleum product import terminal and trader in Vietnam.
The Cai Mep LNG Terminal has pipeline connectivity to Vietnam’s largest power generation complex, the Phu My industrial zone, with a gas-fired capacity of 3.9 GW. The terminal is strategically located near the Mekong River Delta and has three onshore tanks totaling to a capacity of 220,000 m3 of LNG storage, and LNG break- bulk capabilities that allow it to reload LNG into smaller vessels. With a total of 14 bays for CNG and LNG truck-loading, the Cai Mep LNG Terminal is well-connected via multiple highways to several nearby demand centers to provide reliable access to LNG.
