Cuối năm ngoái, GlobalSim đã cùng với đối tác Huynh Thy Trading Services Company (nhà tài trợ chính tại hội nghị thường niên của Vietnam Seaports Association – VPA) tại Thành phố Vũng Tàu, Việt Nam để chứng minh lợi ích của việc đào tạo mô phỏng cần cẩu.
Phó chủ tịch GlobalSim Brad Ball cùng lãnh đạo Công ty Dịch vụ Thương mại Huỳnh Thy đã giới thiệu thành công Trung tâm Đào tạo Mô phỏng Xe cẩu Huỳnh Thy (HSTC). Trung tâm đào tạo bao gồm thiết bị mô phỏng cần cẩu GlobalSim Full Mission mới được lắp đặt – loại đầu tiên ở Việt Nam và là một trong những thiết bị mô phỏng cần cẩu công nghệ tiên tiến nhất ở châu Á.
Hệ thống được GlobalSim xây dựng với những tùy chỉnh dành riêng cho thị trường Việt Nam. Nó tọa lạc tại trung tâm đào tạo mới của Huỳnh Thy. Nó nằm cách các cảng lớn ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Thành phố Vũng Tàu một đoạn ngắn.
Tại HSTC thì sinh viên được đào tạo và tích lũy kinh nghiệm về:
• công nghệ mô phỏng tiên tiến nhất thế giới với trình mô phỏng Full Mission của GlobalSim và
• Học hỏi từ chương trình đào tạo được quốc tế công nhận do hai đối tác chiến lược là Mitsui E&S (Nhật Bản) với 100 năm kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế và sản xuất cẩu container và GlobalSim (Mỹ).

GlobalSim Vice President Brad Ball, along with executives from Huynh Thy Trading Services Company successfully introduced the Huynh Thy Crane Simulation Training Center (HSTC). The training center includes a newly installed GlobalSim Full Mission crane simulator — the first of its kind in Vietnam and one of the most technologically advanced crane simulators in Asia.
The system was built by GlobalSim with customizations specific for the Vietnamese market. It resides at the new Huynh Thy training center located a short distance from major ports in Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau City.
At HSTC, students undergo training and gain experience in:
